EXPERIMENTAL reopen of completed file-backed PCA

massive_open_pca.Rd

Reuses a saved streamed PCA fit and float32 scores without reloading the input matrix. The saved score file must still match its completion record.

Usage

massive_open_pca(output)

Arguments

output

The .f32 path supplied to pca() in out-of-core mode.

Value

The lightweight PCA fit with file-backed scores.
