Plot an embedding result

Usage

Arguments

x: A fastEmbedR_embedding object.
labels: Optional labels used to color plotted observations.
pch: Plotting symbol passed to graphics::plot().
bg: Point background colors. When NULL, integer colors are derived from labels, or white is used when labels are absent.
col: Point border or foreground color.
xlab, ylab: Axis labels.
main: Plot title. NULL derives a title from the fitted method.
...: Additional arguments passed to graphics::plot().

Value

The input object, invisibly.
