Read a bounded edge range from an experimental full KNN graph

massive_read_graph_edges.Rd

Reads complete source rows. The result is a directed edge list with one-based from and to IDs plus either distances or weights, according to the imported graph's edge_value metadata.

Usage

massive_read_graph_edges(x, first = 1, n = 6L)

Arguments

x

A fastEmbedR_massive_graph descriptor.

first

First one-based source row.

n

Number of consecutive source rows. Output is capped at 128 MB.

Value

A list of from, to, and distance or weight vectors.
