Reload a package-built experimental fuzzy UMAP graph

Validates every CSR row and checks content hashes against the manifest written by massive_umap_fuzzy_graph(). Externally supplied CSR files without that manifest remain unverified. Reimport scans the graph twice but does not reconstruct nearest neighbors or fuzzy memberships.

Usage

massive_fuzzy_graph(prefix, n_vertices, access = c("stream", "mmap"))

Arguments

prefix

Prefix of the existing CSR file triple.

n_vertices

Number of vertices; currently at most 2^31 - 1.

access

Sequential file reads or memory-mapped access for later bounded edge reads. Import validation always streams.

Value

A verified fastEmbedR_massive_graph descriptor.
